Terms and Conditions for Commissions

I WILL DO:

  • Original character / fan art

  • Female and male character

  • Humanoids / kemonomimi

  • Couples / romantic interactions 

  • Dynamic poses

  • Violence and action

  • Blood

I WILL NOT DO:

  • Wrinkly / eldery

  • Real life people (including face claims)

  • Furries / anthro

  • Mecha

  • Overly detailed armor / complicated designs

  • Incest / pedophillia

  • Visible gore (ie. intestines, flesh)

Payment

  • All prices are in USD and through PayPal only (invoice).

  • Payments below $100 must be paid upfront.

    • If $100 or over, payment can be divided with you paying 50% deposit and then the rest after I have shown you the sketch. Please notify me before hand if you choose this kind of payment.

  • I will send a rough sketch for revisions and ask for changes and fixes. Once you have revisioned, you will pay the rest.

  • Prices cannot be negotiated.

Refund Policy

  • Once you have paid, no refunds are available. You cannot request refund.

  • Cancellations will not warrant refunds either, whether you have paid a deposit or paid upfront.

  • However, if I am unable to work on your commission due to any circumstance, I will provide full refund.

Terms of Use

  • All commissions are for personal and non-commercial uses ONLY.

    • If you ​wish to talk about business and licensing my art for commercial use, please contact me. 

  • You are not allowed to print the commission to make merchandise for profit.

  • You can post your commission on SNS and use as icon/header/banner/etc. as long as you properly credit me (@xanhmy).

  • Editing and tracing over my commission is not permitted. (Does not include cropping for icon use, etc.)

Copyrights and Disclaimer

  • Products will be sent as PNG to your e-mail or over the SNS you contacted me through.​

    • Once your commission is finished, I will no longer make changes. Additional changes will be charged from then on.​

  • I have to right to refuse any order under any circumstance.

  • I retain rights to my own art and therefore will post commission pieces on my SNS and portfolios as art samples, of course with credit to you as the owner/commissioner/original designer.

    • However, if you do not want me to post them online, please let me know before payment.

  • Terms and conditions are subject to change and they apply to all my art including commissions, old and new.
     

  • By commissioning me, you have agreed to my terms and conditions. (This includes Ko-fi commissions.)

    • Breaking any of these points will risk you to become blacklisted and blocked.
